Next I know, officer"feel me uo" nuts, and my door flys open with a gun to my head.
Picking a jury. Im thinking it must be his word against mine (I made no statement) well now my atterney says they claim to have a tape (not produced yet)  SO.... Whats up?? Let's see it then. What is going on??

You should probably talk to another lawyer.  Cases like this are thrown out all the time.  Settling for probation could put you in a bad position and of course don't do any jail time.  This tape that they're talking about has to be put on the table as evidence or cannot be used in court of law.  This is called disclosure.  I do have a question, do you have any prior arrests or convictions.  If so,  are they within 36 months and what are the details.

Spinn,  the legal term is "DISCOVERY", not "disclosure" as you stated.

The DA MUST produce the tape and all other incriminating evidence to you or your lawyer.  MUST.  Do not try this yourself; let a lawyer who has done these before plead you down plus probation and a fine.

must ONLY when the atty files a motion for disclosure ... glad it was thrown out
