I am thinking about being a male escort.  I do not want to serve unattractive women, couples, and gay men.  Can I use private club to keep out these clients?
I was thinking about requiring membership in my private club. The potential client is required to go through an interview. If I do not find them attractive or undesirable, I can refuse to grant them membership.

The reason why I want to use a private club is because I only want to serve attractive women.  Can this be done?  I do not want to be like Cowboys 4 Angels escorts where these men are expected to serve women they are not attracted to.
Can a female escort uses private club to keep out clients she does not want to serve like AA men,  police officers, or men under 40?  
Can she use private club to serve only one race only?

I'm not sure what you mean by "Private Clubs"     As an independent individual escort, you can chose to go out with whom ever you want.  How can you be nice to somebody who makes you sick.

If you're working or are connected to a club.  How does that really differ from an escort agency, if your services are employed there?
I know there are escort agencies that have on line ads stating that a particular escort won't go out with people for some reason  that violates the Civil Rights Act, like age and nothing happens.  Well, it could.  Nobody seems to care or is embarrassed.  HOWEVER, anger the wrong person:
 
Think about it from a practical side.  A complaint to the U. S. Attorney or a filing of legal action in a with an agency, state , fed court or a call to the newspapers would bring attention that would put the agency or club out of business.  Possibly put the owners in Prison, possibly for violation of the Mann Act. Transporting women across state lines.  The Feds like to file Conspiracy charges, so Conspiracy to transport might be their on line ad, they all use inter-state telephone lines plus a certain act by a second person.  Now, the fear of terrorism gets everything checked out (eg. human trafficking) Now we have Home Land, Immigration and lets not forget the escorts least thought of and most likely Federal foe the IRS.  

Enough interviews would be taken, that those escorts not arrested are now on the radar, if for no other  reason  than to lead to bust-able escort type services  or not.  Priorities change.

And even if there were, the person would have to be admitting in open court that they service they were attempting to receive was illegal.

I trying to balance escorting for money and not having to serve clients I am not attracted to.  I am going to create a club and require membership in the club.  All applicants must go through a meet and greet with me. If I find them not attractive, I do not have to reply to their membership request. There will be no response. If they are attractive, then I will grant them membership.
     
       I do not want to be a male escort that has to put up with pleasing women I am not attracted to. I am sensitive to people I am not attracted to.
      I know there are plenty of escort that do fine with people who they are not attracted to.  
I hope to open the escort business to people who are sensitive to serving unattractive people.  Each to his own. I respect differences in preferences but I want to open up another option.

You have not done any research on this at all....
Male escort CAN NOT choose who you want to be with.
You can do some heavy screening by telling them to include a picture.
Some female escorts do this but You will be limiting in your Market.

I am thinking this idea you have will be short lived.
