I'm just wondering what's the sense of being verified on Date-Check if I still have to fill out the form. I thought that was one of the purposes of DC.
I'm Date-Check verified(3+ times), she's on Date-Check, but still wants me to fill out her appointment form on her site, which doesn't come up as "https". She asks not to be reviewed, and accepts all major CC's. Any advice?
Look at the address bar the next time you're at a site where you have to fill out a form with any personal data. If the address begins "https:" then it's a secure site so that the data you submit is sent encrypted. If it's "http:" then it's not a secure site and any data you enter could theoretically be read by anyone along the path back from your pc to the website. The original poster is concerned that the provider does not use a secure website for her booking page.

This question isn't about the law, so it shouldn't be on this board. Besides, this board doesn't have all that many readers. The question would probably get many more responses on the general or regional boards.
