How would it happen?

When a provider is busted how exactly does it usually take place?  Is it normally a "set up" where a cop comes to the room and pretends to be a john?  Or is it more often a sting where things are being watched?  Are there things that a provider should say?  Should definitly NOT say?  I know each case is different, but I'm just curious.........and HOPING it NEVER happens to ME!

It would seem that LE is into stings using CL (and perhaps other listing boards).  These more often than not involve calling the women who place the ads and busting them at their motels, etc.  The providers who get caught up in this are the ones who don't screen and get references.

There have also been times that the cops place ads themselves and then bust the clients when they show up.  The clients who get caught are the ones that don't check out reviews on here.

And of course, there's the popular AMP raids of last springtime in Connecticut and elsewhere. There's no good way to protect yourself once you enter one.  Your only hope is the law of averages.

Suffice it to say that it's usually what you do say rather than what you don't say that gets you into trouble.  The biggest no-no is to state anything about money and sexual acts in the same paragraph.  This is true whether in person, on the phone or on email.

If you ever hear a provider saying anything like I charge x dollars to do so and so, just hang up or turn around and say that you are no longer interested or better yet, that there has been a misunderstanding.  That's the safest way to get away without an arrest, and if you do, consider yourself very lucky.
