How long does BAIL take? answer...

Every jurisdiction has its own average time but it works like this. Let's say a provider is arrested, she is taken to the city jail and held until a magistrate arrives and then there is a bail hearing or the bail is already listed on the "ticket" and if that is the case she/he can post it. Now if the magistrate fixes the bail, then the defendant either posts the bail or calls a bail bondsman to do so. Once the bail is posted, the defendant can leave jail or holding, there might be a time delay for the paperwork but should not be more that a few hours. Now here is the problem, a lot depends on the time of day the arrest took place and the day or night of the week. For example, if it is late at night the magistrate will not be available so defendant will have to wait till he/she arrives,  usually 12 to 20 hours. If however the arrest is on a friday in a small town or a Saturday night in a big city, the magistrate may not work the weekend or sunday and thus there may be as much as a 48 hour wait. Do not get arrested  on a friday night over a federal holiday weekend such as a 4th of Jly weekend as the wait may be more than 72 hours. Does that help?  -Oh yes, to "teach" a provider the police may go real slow, especially if she/he has not been cooperative. Life is often a game p;ayed with assholes.

There's no benefit getting involved with this one and you're taking a big risk if you keep pursuing her.

Since you didn't give LB the whole story, he only answered your specific question.  But the bigger issue is why would you gamble that this woman hadn't been flipped and might be setting you up so she reduce her charges.  This is serious shit.  Do you want to turn her misfortune into yours, so you can have a record too?

Your Seinfeld aliases are pretty easy to figure out, Bob.

she could throw you to the wolves.  You don't know her from Adam.  If she got into this fix, you are no superhero to get her out of it.   After the dust settles, you may want to circle back cautiously if she's a great F****.
Take care of yourself FIRST...  care enough about your own welfare.  No one else will do it for you.

Even accepting her offer of "free" sex to keep silent could be considered an exchange for "something of value" and thus prostitution. Worse yet, cooperating with her to keep it under your hat, so to speak, could expose the OP to a felony charge of promoting or facilitating prostitution. Although both charges may be hard to prove, only a fool would take comfort from that.
