How is anything presented here a perversion?...

I am an attached  teacher who works with many single and married ladies. Many are knock down sexy. It is not uncommon for me to experience that look that one suspects is a flirting. The way they talk to me and make eye contact with me tells me they want something. I get very horny at work and on occassion I've developed a very hard erection that needed some attention. What do I do. I do not want to hurt my marriage but on the other hand I would love to experience these ladies. Hope you can help.

board, two stops below.  The Love Goddess who resides there is an expert on advice to the amorously-challenged.

This does not present any real legal issues, out side of divorce issues, obviously.

On the other hand, if you are eyeing any of the co-eds, be prepared to have a large legal fund.

What he describes is SOP in virtually any coed office or workplace in the country.

It means that people want to have sex very badly, and end up doing so....very badly.

This is as good a rational as there is for men (and women!) seeing professional escorts lest they endanger their livelyhoods, social lives and marriages.

A little advice as I have been teaching adults for a long time. Yes, some would flirt with you because of the power you yield. Being a teaching is being in a position of power and your students are subalterns. Do NEVER EVER respond to their advances and their flirtatious behavior.  It will be pure abuse of power and you will be infringing the law that is valid in all states. However, if you do want to respond to one of them, please wait until the semester is over and then ask her/him out. In this situation, you will not put yourself in a legal limbo and your job will be safe.

PS: if these students are legally underage, you need to seek medical help and quit your job immediately.

These are coworkers that I am talking about - not students!

Tell them you have elephantitis of the dick, and the only cure is rubbing it all over their nekkid bodies simaltaneously, as in O-R-G-Y.

What? Sexual harassment laws don’t apply to where you work?  Someone told me that one should never shit where he eats. Ponder it a bit and you will see its wisdom.

Thanks for the info. It was informative but I have no intention of dating someone at work.

Pray tell, teacher, what WAS your motivation behind your post?  Teach us.....something.

I second Wymenlover. I really don't see the purpose of your post now. I am either confused or you are confused.
