"hiding money",, is a really bad idea & a crime.

I hope you do not find such an accountant

Taxes go to pay for roads, schools, military, emergency relief  it is an investment into the Country that you live.

We all have to pay

You are probably better off consulting an accountant on how to reduce your tax.

Al Capone killed dozens without ever being convicted of murder, but went to prison for gimping on taxes.

It's easier to dodge the cops than the taxman.

If you are going to do it, go it alone. What happens if HE gets caught? There's only three kinds of "accountnts" that do that; the ones who have a single ultra rich client, the incompetant kind, or the ones involved with dangerous people. And if you ever plan on holding the title to a house, new car, etc. you're going to have to show where the money came from somehow.

It's not worth the headache. Consult a very good tax attorney. There's a million ways to rack up deductions.

Money laudering and tax evasion are felonies.  If your "accountant" is involved also, that adds another felony: conspiracy.  If you ever use the mail in any of these activities, it adds another felony: mail fraud.  If you ever talk about it to your "accountant" or anyone else, it adds another felony: wire fraud.

Good luck finding what you're looking for.

There are ways to "minimize" taxes that are quite legal.  In fact, the year that I earned the most money, my tax bill for the year was a quite legal ZERO.  It cost a lot to get it there, but not as much as I expected to give the government.  Let me repeat, it was 100% legal.

BTW, my tax accountant that year was a former IRS agent.

That is as far from the definition of "wire fraud" as you can possibly get. Please hit the law books before offering legal advice.

What I meant to say was:

"If you ever talk about it on the phone to your accountant..."

I inadvertently left out "on the phone."  Using electronic communication lines for the purposes of committing fraud is the definition of wire fraud.

Get a recomendation from someone else in the business for an accountant or tax preparer.  Meet with them and be upfront about what you do.  He or she, will simply prepare your tax return showing you as self employed, with some innocuous occupation such as Personal Consultant.  Keep receipts for all your work related expenses so they can deduct them on your return.  Tax advisors run into this more often than you might think.  As long as you pay all of your legally owed taxes, you will be safe.

This is a much better route in the long run than trying to hide your income, as noted above.

If the IRS finds your bank account and assets and your assets they can reconstruct your income.

You will have to pay taxes and an additional 75% fraudulent failure to file penalty.

As others have suggested your best approach is to file taxes like the rest of us and get a good accountant who will help you minimize your taxes.
