there was a case in Frederick Maryland a few years back where a madam was busted, somehow her "black book" became the subject of a freedom of information act request by news media, after much court rangling, the entire book and list of customers was made available and published by some local media.  Thus a lady who keeps full detailed records exposes you to this risk.  For ladies-best practice is to not keep it, keep in encrypted/password protected form, and/or only use info like first names, last 4 digets of telphone numbers, etc.  For use guys, there is no assurance..best to have some other plausible explanation (e.g. you are her plumber, electrician, lawyer, accountant, or what ever you do...)
