should get off the path of concern about getting caught and focus instead on NOT getting caught.  But, if you in fact are dealing with a first time offense, then the Bar Association in your city should have a line that allows you to get something like 15-60 minutes of free consultation with a lawyer that is qualified to represent you in fighting the offense of which you have been charged.  The only issue is that you will have to go through a receptionist who then routes your call to the appropriate lawyer for consultation, this could be a bit uncomfortable for you if you are charged with soliciting - but more than likely the person has talked to others who had the same problem and will not be fazed by your situation.
