Is it wise for a provider to avoid discussing topics like "GFE versus PSE" with new clients?

I have been receiving a few emails lately from clients, who want me to tell them what my definition of GFE versus PSE is, since both are listed on my website.

I have always been under the assumption that it is a bad idea to discuss "what I do" with clients, before we actually meet.

Isn't that setting myself up for legal problems, later on down the road?

And oh by the way, never forget the fact that any email message, web post, etc... that you receive or send is sitting on a computer server somewhere and if LE happens to be watching you, this information is no doubt going to asian smile into a portuguese man of war...lol

refer them to a site like the Urban Dictionary, or ever our very own TER Newbie Manual to learn.

If they want to know specifically what things you will do as part of both, tell them that you just can not discuss that until you meet one on one.

If they are unhappy about that arrangement, tell them to look elsewhere.

Tell them to Google it!  Discussing sexual activities greatly increases the risk.
Even when you are together, they should whisper ideas when you are both naked between the sheets.

I disagree. A provider should not refer anyone to other sites to explain what her definition of GFE/PSE/FS is. Every provider is different in what they deem as PSE/GFE. Some people consider CIM GFE, some consider it PSE. Some consider bareback full service as PSE, some providers don't and advertise as GFE. I know several providers that do BBFS and they consider themselves as GFE not PSE.

Don't list anything you can't explain the difference too. This isn't like buying a car, and you arr shapping between a Honda and Ford. That difference in this is obvious. The difference in listing GFE and PSE isn't, SPECIALLY in this industry.

You have plenty of very good reviews here on TER Kim and that is where your potential clients should be looking if they want to get an idea of what an hour or two with you might involve.

Never discuss specific services with someone you have not seen yet.
