dad is taking me and whatever i can carry.  i have taken pictures of the contents of MY HOME (LITERALLY EVERYTHING IS MINE) but i have to leave TODAY
i have no key to my house nor MY own car keys

what can I do?  i just neet to get out now to be safe and i know i shouldnt care about material things but its MINE

do i call the cops after i leave to get him out of my house?

The cops are the least helpful people most of the time.  I would contact a lawyer and ask how you should proceed.  Either way you did the right thing by getting out.  What you should do is round up as many close guy friends as you possibly can and have them escort him off the property.  It might also be helpful to start restraining order proceedings against him, especially if he is physically abusive.  Above all, remember things can be replaced.  You, however, can't.

If you are married to this guy, go immediately to a family lawyer who can instigate formal legal-separation/divorce proceedings for you. If you are not married to this guy, consider filing charges against him. He cannot confiscate your house and belongings. That's theft at a minimum.  He is also now tresspassing if you are not married to him and this is your house.

Take your papers, titles and such if you can.  Then get out.
You need a lawyer & quickly.  Get him served ASAP, file copies with local LE & have the locks changed.  Be sure to secure any non-traditional entry points like celar windows, back doors, sliding doors (lay a measured board in the tracks).  
You can request that LE be present if you allow him back in to remove personal items.  Do not start an altercation but have a camera handy to document anything he takes, especially items that are not his.  You could appoint a representative to witness this if you do not want to be there yourself.
Or you can gather his toothbrush & dity laundry & leave it for him somewhere.  I left a box of things with my ex's mother once I was out of her house although she never returned personal things to me.  
This will be a tough time & there's no way to make it easier.  Doing the right steps will minimize the pain, that is all.

If your SO has been merely verbally abusive, then the cops may well not get involved.  However, some departments are preventative; you should have tried calling them before you moved out.

If you were battered and there is physical evidence of that on your body, often the guy will be arrested and booked.  Then you could have changed the locks and contacted an attorney.

I suggest you contact the police now.  If you are to receive immediate (today/tomorrow) help it will be from law enforcement.  A civil action filed by an attorney will take more time.

I left the state. on a bus. no cloths, car, money or place to go. ( there are many places that will help you, you are not alone)

I never ever thought I would get through it.
after about 6 months I was glad I left and the shakes had stopped, I could eat again and I was safe..

I started working on me..

21 years later I know that I did the right thing. Hold your head high.. TAKE CARE OF YOU.

For the long run, you should move away.  If the house is yours, sell it.

For now, you need someone helping you out.  Need a lawyer and a temporary place to stay.
