Hi everyone. New to TER and I think it is the greatest thing I have found thanks to EROS! Although, I have a question about providers and the law. What would you suggest for someone who wants to go back to the profession but is on probahtion for other things? Is it wise or should awaiting probahtion be a smarter move? Please advise...confused but tempted!!!

No lawyer is likely to publicly answer your question as it requires him or her to inform how to commit criminal conduct.  I wouldn't do it in private either.

It's easier for the DA to take you down on probation than a new charge, thus you should risk being arrested while on probation.
