Woodhull Wins FOSTA Appeal

Washington, D.C.— January 24, 2020 - Today the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals revived Woodhull's challenge to FOSTA.  The court ordered that the constitutional challenge be sent back to the district court for a ruling on the merits.

It took almost two years just to get legal standing in the case. Now it goes back to that idiot judge who just wanted to get rid of the case (legal experts correct me if wrong -- it would be nice to get a new draw for a judge).
The best outcome would be to get a court to strike down the law as unconstitutional and for Justice to let it drop. Congress is unlikely to repeal and few want to make a public challenge to 'sex traffickers.'
