Finding A Good Lawyer

Hello,
i am a new provider and want to talk to a lawyer about what risks are involved. So i assume i need to find a criminal lawyer, but where do i look to find them? I live in DC Metro area and play in DC, MD and N. VA

is there a website i can look into to find out the risks of LE, what do if i am being approached by LE .. that sort of things?

Lawyers can teach you the law, but are forbidden to teach you how to get away with breaking it.  If that's the kind of advice you want, you'll need to look for it elswhere.

Call the courthouses in your area.  Ask for the criminal division of the clerk's office and find out when misdemeanor arraignments are for women in custody.  Spend some time in the courtroom.  You will likely see some women charged with sex crimes.  Some courts have "counseling attorneys" available to advise defendants at arraignment.  If that is the case in your area, you can try to talk with the attorneys after the calendar is called.
