Hello I am just sitting here thinking on my 8th world wonder about LE.
What do you think makes LE target some girls and not others?
I have had my share of LE drama, and I personally (knocking on wood) think they got sick of arresting me.
I never put my rates on any of my ads anymore could that have something to do with why they have left me alone for years?
I am not trying to jinx myself here I just really always wondered what makes LE target some girls and not others... could it be provacative pictures?  Rates?  Location?
When I was arrested the first time the officer told me a client of mine tipped them off, could this true that guys could  very cold when they don't get things the way they want them?
Or could LE be full of shit like they always are?

then yes, that would make you more vulnerable to prosecution and would mete out heavier punishment.

Sad but true.

I don't know what you can do except to move to another state.

Prior arrests might "make you more vulnerable to prosecution" in the sense that prosecutors would be more eager to pursue you, but not in the sense that it would become easier to convict you.  It is also unlilkely that prior arrests by themselves will lead to "heavier punishment".

Being arrested for a crime is not proof of guilt.  It is proof only that an officer (or even a private citizen) believed the person had comitted a crime and took her into custody.  Many arrestees are quickly released, and many others are released more slowly but never prosecuted.  And many who are prosecuted are acquitted.

Except in unusual circumstances, prior arrests are inadmissible to prove the defendant's guilt.  Even prior unsuccessful prosecutions can't be used that way.

The rules in sentencing are a bit different, but not much.  Evidence of prior criminal acts can be used even if they did not lead to convictions, but the evidence has to relate to the acts themselves and not to the arrest.  In other words, the facts that persuaded the officer to arrest you could be used, but the fact that he actually did arrest you could not.

I appreciate the feedback and stay safe!

I wish LE would just go away and go after the real criminals...

are what will get you busted.

If an indy provider works in a building and has a lot of guys coming thru and neighbors complain...that could get you noticed by LE and busted.

If a MP, as happened recently in LA, doesn't pay taxes and traffics in women coming from other countries without green cards, that is likely to get them noticed and busted.  If neighbors see men coming around and the place is trying to clean up their image, that can get them noticed and busted.

Being too open and obvious on CL seems to be getting an awful lot of notice lately.

I think providers that insist on using a condom for a bj are the most blatantly susceptible to LE attention and busts.

Anyone could get annoyed-the parking garage attendant you yelled at, the boyfriend you dissed, the client that got arrested and ratted you out in exchange, the cop you saw and didn't kow about, the delivery person you didn't tip.  Its a crazy world out there.
