Gigolo XXXX is a male New England escort. In his disclaimer he said that he does not give permission to anyone including the government to copy, disseminate, or to use his website. This is very smart. Escorts can copyright their website and do not give the government permission to copy their profile. This will make the website inadmissible in the court of law. This legal tactic is sooo cool!!!
Copyright law protects the holder's property from being stolen and used by another party for financial gain NOT from being read by others or used as part of the evidence of a crime. Once the escort uses the website to promote himself it can evidence in any case against that escort. Stop getting your legal facts from the back of a cereal box. You have no fucking clue!
Maybe it can be done. There are many grey areas of law. If you do not contest it, then the grey area remains. Why there are no court ruling on this issue? I have not seen the government took Gigolo **** to court over this issue.

It just not popular to go after male escort for laddies. That why they allow them to do what they do. I doubt the prosecutors will dare to built up a case against male escort agency for laddies because it will be hard to sell to the jury.
The reality TV shows ****** shows the men from a multi-state escort agency.
If it is an agency that involve female escort that operate multi-state, the agency already been busted by the FED under the Mann Act.
Prostitution laws enforcement is sexist. It is ok for men to be prostitute but it is not OK for women to do it. By the way, male escort for laddies do not meet the criteria of human trafficking victims.
Prostitution is illegal no matter what gender is involved in it. "Reality" tv shows are staged much of the time. If there were actual crimes being committed the producers would be liable for prosecution. Television production companies have real legal teams, not guys like you who daydream about "maybes" and "what if's" and spend too much time on the internet, to protect them from bad decisions and getting involved in illegal activities.
Under the solicitation statute, it is the conduct of inviting, enticing, or persuading, or addressing for that purpose, that is prohibited. In addition, such otherwise innocent conduct becomes unlawful only when it is accompanied by the criminal state of mind that it be done for an immoral or lewd purpose. It is the simultaneous existence of the named conduct and the related criminal intent which constitutes the offense of solicitation for an immoral or lewd purpose. If either the actus reus, the unlawful conduct or the mens rea, the criminal intent, is missing at the time of the alleged offense, there can be no conviction. Reducing it to its simplest terms, a crime consists in the concurrence of prohibited conduct and a culpable mental state.
I realize the actors were paid by the production company and not by the client. Yes, they are not going to tape them doing something illegal. Gigolo XXXX did not get in trouble with the law. There are many male Gigolo who get away from doing this stuff. Prostitution is still a crime but certain types of prostitution are not prosecuted like sugar arrangement or male escorts for ladies. This also go for sugar babies and sugar daddies. When do you heard them set up a sting to catch college girls who looking for sugar daddies?
It is easy to catch guys and female escort because most of the time the transaction jump into sex. Most guys do not hire female escorts for dinner dates but want to jump into the sex.

Everyone but you seems to understand the realities of escorting. Mid to upper range escorts almost never get caught-male or female-because LE concentrates it's efforts on the lower end. They don't set up stings on Sugar daddy sites because it's difficult to prove the crime-that does not mean there is not a crime. They don't actively go after male gigolos because, in spite of your active imagination, far fewer of them actually exist compared to female escorts. Street walkers and Back Page are where LE concentrates it's effort. That is the low-hanging fruit of the prostitution industry and also the part that the general public sees and reacts to the most.
You are confusing what LE does for the sake of expediency with what is actually legal and illegal.
