Nope. A Provider can still get arrested even if the above disclaimer is posted in her Ad. And Yes LE can and will Lie about being LE to arrest a Provider.
Just out of curiosity... I have seen ads of providers with a disclaimer that goes like the following
"by contacting me you agree that donation are for time and companionship only, and that this is not an offer of/for prostitution nor any form of solicitation. You will not offer any money for any sex act or any illegal act! You are not part of any law enforcement agency, and that violation of this agreement is entrapment."
So just out of curiosity, does a provider adding the above disclaimer message "prevents" from being busted? Could a LE agent lie and said he is not from LE ?

I think someone on here about a year ago pointed out that the prosecution actually used a disclaimer to prove that the defendant (a provider) knew what they were doing was illegal, and the disclaimer indicated that fact.
It "might" provide protection in a few jurisdictions where the ad might be viewed as solicitation. But that disclaimer is superseded by an actual illegal act (solicitation). The entrapment part is total BS since undercover police can lie... that is the whole point of undercover.
I can just envision someone going to the bank with a mask and a gun, and handing a note to the teller that says:
"By giving me all your money, you agree that it is a donation for time and companionship only, and that this is not a bank robbery or any kind of illegal activity. You agree that you are not part of any law enforcement agency, and that violation of this agreement is entrapment."
Then they can go to their respective bank-heist-reviews website, and chat amongst themselves as to whether this was actually a sound legal tactic, and whether or not LE agents are allowed to lie by claiming that they are not LE.
