LE risks? Any different now?

I have always been concerned with LE although luckily have not come close to an issue. With the new world it’s less clear that I can get as comfortable, unless I stick with just the few ladies I know.  What the LE risk continuum these days?

I would think stings are still the biggest issue.  Seems switter without more background info fits into this category.  Does p411 make people a lot more comfortable in this arena?

Agencies, always an easier target. Some of the larger national ones a bigger risk than the local ones. Would think Alta agencies are suffering a bit these days.  Would they actually try to sting actual clients?, or just bust the operation?  From that perspective,if you kept your personal info out of the agency are you “safe”, even if agency runs into issues?

Nosy Hotels.  I can imagine it’s easy for hotel ppl to tell what’s going on sometimes and usually turn a blind eye. Are they getting emboldened to be more vocal with LE? Which makes that venue less safe than it used to be? Keep it to big chains?

Outcall vs incall. Is out the way to go if you are really paranoid. Actually had a lady recent say she wasn’t crazy visiting me at a big upscale chain because she felt the heat was on industry under a microscope. She asked me to visit her instead. Maybe she was also paraonoid like many on all sides these days.

but the likelihood is high that now that LE has these new tools, they will want to put on a show with them, and start making arrests of some type, so discretion is certainly called for.

In other words, people ought to hunker down and not take the kinds of risks that we used to do.   Also, staying in touch with people through these boards or other means is more important than ever.

Assuming anyone is compromised and/or government agent at all times and do not contract sex for money unless verified by in person pat down and she sends a topless pic first prior to meeting.

You going to send a full frontal nude so she can verify you're not a government plant ???

The government can not ask for topless pics.  Thus, by asking for a topless pic, merely the act of asking for such, ipso facto proves one is not an agent.

so don't let this myth become your downfall.

Most gals will drop you like a hot rock if you ask for things like topless photos, etc.

This guy is honestly as stupid as anyone I can remember ever posting on this board, and there have been some REALLY stupid posters before him.

If a provider dropped a hobbyist for having asked for a topless pic - likely means she has saggy breasts or uneven sizing, or deflated.

So the government has only one option to wipe out poon online, I believe.  It has to train a bunch of Americans to speak German and send them in with fake identities to Zurich, probably similar to how Russia sent deep cover agents to the USA.  Then these deep cover American's can infiltrate jobs in the IT web servers in Switzerland and figure out about who is posting the ads and websites in the poon scene for the USA, and then report back to the FBI.

Apparently, the ch subpoeanas are allowed for "Trafficking in Women and Children" according to the Swiss American legal assistance treaty.  So apparently if a lone provider without a pimp has a .ch domain then the Swiss government will not comply.  If there are two or more providers (which can traffic one another, etc.) or a group of course would be considered trafficking and fall under the treaty.

All subpoeanas and search warrants served in Switzerland are conducted by a Swiss federal official whose expenses must be paid by the USA.  A company in Switzerland which divulges data information even in compliance with a US subpoeana would be prosecuted criminally by Switzerland because according to the Swiss law, only a Swiss federal official can conduct data collection pursuant to a court order, which would have to be re-issued by a Swiss court which would make sure it falls under the enumerated crimes in the treaty.
