today I got a text message from a previous provider (i have been with her three times) and she was the only one i ever seen, she asked for help to get a hotel room for the night, i answered "why doesn't the agency get you one, let me see what i can do, I'll text you an hour later"
then i didn't text her again, obviously i don't wanna get involved in securing a room for her although she is a nice a girl. But am I in risk given the facts that I have exchanged couple of messages with her before (all of which lacked explicit talk and rather appears like friends exchanging messages).  And, do you think I'm being trapped, will LF go this low to trap a previous client ?

Can my text message (quoted above) be used as evidence of intention to help "advancing prostitution" ? i'm very worried, because her request doesn't make sense and looks like LE is behind this ...

I wouldn't call this a "low".  It strikes me as a legitmate way for police to set up a sting.  I'm not saying that this is what was going on, but if it was there would be nothing wrong with it.

The good news is that you haven't committed a crime.  At most you and she talked about her need for a hotel room.  You would have had to take some additional step toward getting her the room before you could get into trouble, but even then the case against you (for conspiracy) would be weak.  Even escorts sometimes use hotel rooms for legitimate reasons.  If you didn't discuss why she needed a room, it would be hard to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you were trying to help her do anything more than find a place to stay for the night.

Of course, "hard" does not mean impossible.  I can imagine a jury convicting you if this were a sting and if you had helped out.  I can also imagine the conviction being upheld on appeal.  But because you didn't help, you should be in the clear.

that something is not right, there's a good chance they are correct; and you did the best thing by not proceeding.

This is a lesson that all should learn.

Similarly, those who get a room for outcall should NEVER let the provider keep the room to work out of.

I have to agree that this just does not sound right but the probability is low that it is LE.  In my mind is WHY does she need help getting a room???  
I can think of lots of reasons & most involve scams.  The whole thing about this hobby is when you leave, it ends when you go out the door!  
I don't see how you could be in any trouble for NOT doing what she asked...  you sure could be if you were drawn into what ever drama was going on.  Good call.

She has another client in to your room and HE is LE an busts her then gets a warrant for you for some sort of abetting prostitution charge...

The hotel has Room Service and your final bill is huge with charges for meals, drinks etc

She calls someone in Japan or Australia and talks to them for a few hours - all on your phone tab!

The room is trashed .. and you get the bill for repairing it...

Starting to get the picture?  This is one time NOT to be a nice guy.

its aiding and abetting a crime; conspiracy, and a host of other crimes depending upon the state.  its no different than driving the get-away car in a bank robbery.  
Soliciting a prostitute is generally a misdemenor, conspiracy, aiding and abetting (multiple counts if she sees multiple people in the room) escalates the offense, and may even count as a second or third strike resulting in mandatory jail time.

If you were arrested for exchaning some non-specific text messages with a known provider, the DA would discharge the case.  It would be a complete waste of time and resources, especially when they have clear cases of hobbyist specifically exchanging money for services.  Unless this provider is part of a bigger ring or some kind of crminla enterprise, little chance they would even bother to contact you.  even if she were they would have much bigger fish to fry with much more evidence than some non-specific tex messages.  FYI -  get a drop phone (Pre-pay) for your hobbying.  They cost $10 bucks and you can recharge them when you are ready to have some fun.

My friend she told me when the LE came to see her he totally undressed and she started to undress. She left the money on the table.  Did not talk about the exchange of money.  The LE totally undress that is pretty far I think.  When she started to get undress they came in the room.

my guess is that it is very very unlikely that this was an LE sting.  

More likely, it was a provider w/o a credit card or maxed out on her cards.  She also might have been trying to scam u out of the cost of the room
