sex with a consenting minor is still a felony, when in doubt ask to see an ID or leave if refused a look as you might get in real trouble even when the subject looks older....In this case it looks like missing girl had found employment independently but it is also possible she was being used by her companion in which case it would be possible sex trafficking charges as well...
