A Korean woman, who works at a massage parlor in Georgia State in the United States, is preparing to sue a police officer, who arrested her for prostitution after receiving oral sex from her, JoongAng Ilbo newspaper said Saturday.

The 29-yer-old woman plans to sue the American law enforcement officer, whose name was not identified, for "unnecessary sexual violence,"  citing local newspaper reports.

The woman is willing to reconsider her $500,000 lawsuit if the police officer is willing to consider dropping his case of arresting her for prostitution, it said.

According to the piece, the plainclothes officer came to the place where she worked, asked for oral sex for $80. After the "service," he arrested her for prostitution.

After realizing his client was a police officer, she preserved the condom used by the police officer in a refrigerator. She plans to submit it as evidence in case she has to really proceed with the planned suit, it said.

According to the report, the local police bureau said, "There are no specific rules on how the prostitution crackdown should be conducted. But we tell our police officers not to engage in unnecessary sexual activities."

doesn't matter if she wins or loses, as long as she fights....  when you start standing up to them, they'll leave you alone. ...  fighting the legislation is stupid because they will find a way to use it against you  no matter what the law is ... make them not want to bother you....  they don't have a problem telling everyone what you do, but how many of them go home and tell their family what they do at work ?

they love to tell the media that they have to rid their city of these diseased creatures but they forget to mention that covered blow job they enjoyed first.

but i'm sure his wife will be grateful to him for taking the proper precautions instead of bringing his work home.

This is a common tactic for a defendant caught in a sting; sometimes the police will dismiss the case just to get rid of the bad publicity. On the other hand they may throw the book at you and harass you for years after bringing Immigration into the case. Very few judges are going to believe  the defendant even if they know she is telling the truth and the DA will no doubt find a way to get the semen thrown down the drain (improper collection or storage, unauthorized procurement of bodily fluid (probably not)).
Yes, it is great to fight the great fight, but sometimes "it is better to run away so you can fight another day." The toll this type fight takes on some people is sometimes a lot worse than what you can walk away with. The establishment has a way of punishing troublemakers!

While my idealistic side roots for her, my cynical side says good luck with that.

There's something fishy about the story.  If she were arrested, I doubt she would have had the opportunity to save the condom.
