No, in many states not a problem unless the cop has a very small penis. Penetration is also permitted in undercover cops. Not fair? Welcome to the real life!

in arizona back in 2003, the da threw out a bunch of cases because the sheriff's deputies exposed themselves.

generally speaking, they don't want their weiners on video. it's embarrasing, it could become a part of the public record if the video is introduced as evidence in court and nobody wants to try to explain why they "unholsterd their pistol".

although in some areas such as illinois and indiana, it's quite common for law enforcemnt to partake in the girls services before arresting her, most of the country doesn't.

in departments like vice and narcotics, where cops are allowed to break the law to enforce the law, it really doesnt matter what the law is.
