That's a lovely quotation from RI law but it says nothing about the penalty for RECEIVING an illegal massage. I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume that, since RI LE doesn't take in clients when they bust an AMP, there isn't one. At least not in the state of RI.

A real massage therapists has no fingernails and clean sheets between clients and doesn't advertise in the erotic section of the newspaper. Its one thing to advertise on the internet but stay away from craig or the local paper.

The one massage parlor in our area that doesn't get busted offers a legit massage for 30 bucks for new clients with a very attractive woman wear a tank top and daisy dukes. They take your name down and you get the other massage offered for the deluxe price.
