Hi, i posted on the Toronto board, but has been pretty quiet so figure I'd psot here. Can anyone give a quick explanation of the laws in toronto. outcall is legal. but 3rd party interference is illegal? does that mean only independents are legal? what does say for online agencies - are they considered 3rd party. Also how does it work for outcall at a hotel. does a provider just knock at the door?
