You are absolutely correct.  LE will leave the elite lawmakers alone when they are technically in violation of the law.  It's the rest of the poor bums in society that they want to profit off of.  If you think about it, there is absolutely no sexual relationship out there that isn't P4P in one way or another.  The whole law thing is a money maker for the lords.

And how, where and why that line gets drawn makes for some interesting law.

It's not unusual in the law regarding all types of things such as perjury, pilfering and similar activites.

I have never heard of a mistress being busted as a prostitute unless she was servicing others for pay. The law and reasonable persons recognize that a man may help support a person he has sex with but that does not make that person any more a prostitute then a wife who fucks her husband after he gives her an expensive gift.  If that were the case my wife and my mistress should be arrested frequently, if fact I should perform a citizens arrest next time I put a five c note in their hands or a Louie V. pocketbook with matching wallet  (2000 plus) and they don't throw it in my face. Do you think I should use handcuffs?

Just a P4P mistress. Money each month for play. They never seem to do anything about this aspect of the game. Is it because of the lomg term deal or because of the exclusive aspect.
