This morning I was finishing up my incall location. I had been chatting/emailing back and forth with a potential client. I do not have p411 or datecheck so I try to screen best i can thru emails and I am still new with no guiidence so I am onmy own to learn the hardway.
Anwyas I am located in Maryland. This guy shows up...comes in... i give him a few kisses...we proceed to bed. Where I start a nice bbj. He did not want to take off his clothes all the way so he just pulled down his pants.
He appeared to enjoy it and he wanted to go to greece so I abliged. We finished rather quickly (he said he wanted an hour) He went to bathroom to wash up. He came out and we started chatting a bit. He asked had I ever been robbed and how i need to be careful. then he asked if i had ever been busted.
I said no...he kinda acted weird...and I made a joke about him being a cop. He gave me a look and I said ur kidding. He lifted his sweatshirt to reveal what apppeared to be a badge that hung around his neck.
I immediatly got upset and asked if he wazs going to arrest me. He said no that I was a sweet girl and that I had kids etc. He also stated that if i had appeared to be a druggie or have drugs on me he would have called his sergent. We chatted a bit and he did give me some good advice and tips on being safe and told me to stay off of bp and adultsearch. After I had calmed down and he assured me i was not going to be in any trouble he gave me a big hug (i was crying) and he left.
He said that in maryland that they can go thru the entire act including anything sexual and then bust me. I tried googling it and finding out what maryland laws were but i cant seem to find anything on this.
then he sent me emails asking if i would still see him...personal not business. meaning he wants it free.
Is this something that happens? or did i get dooped by someone pretending to be a cop and just wanting some free on the side? I am compelety freaked out.
I know i need to beon those sites to verify an dif anything this has pushed me to do it quicker.

OK let’s take this situation step by step.
1.Welcome to the club! As a career, you are learning that it is not an easy one and it would seem you do have a bit to learn.
2.Maryland is perhaps the worst state as you have some really strong enforcement of prostitution laws by gung "ho" troopers. We have discussed your state many times. I would seriously think about moving elsewhere if you want to do this line of work.
3. From your story it would appear that you never asked for payment, although this may not be the case, before so graciously opening your mouth to his naked cock, nor when you acceded to his wish to savor the Greek Island paradise. Therefore, if this guy was a cop, then he had no basis to make an arrest. On the other hand, you should be aware that a pro asks for money before offering her derriere and usually before starting a bbj, however, some pros would rather give a freebee away by not asking for the money then set themselves up for an arrest. In general, if you are servicing a vice officer, you are going to get busted, and if it is a vice he will give you money he will take back later. By requiring payment you will avoid giving it away for free as you are going to be arrested anyway.
NOTE--If this guy is a phony he is subject to charges of impersonating a police officer which under 2010 Maryland PUBLIC SAFETY TITLE 3 - LAW ENFORCEMENT Subtitle 5 - Miscellaneous Provisions Section 3-502 provides that impersonating police officer only amounts to a max two year jail term and a max $2000 fine and is not even deemed a felony. However, each of his separate acts might be added together to increase the severity of the charge and probably would result in termination.
4.Vice cops usually work in teams of two or more and use recording devices to gather evidence. Whether you gave a freebee to a fake cop or a real cop who frequents prostitutes, at this point it does not matter. However, a real cop who does frequent generally pays for the service. Not to pay would bring in criminal charges of abuse of authority etc. The fact that you are now asked to provide free sex leads me to believe this is a fake or at best a corrupt cop. Likewise, a cop usually shows you his ID, he does not hand it to you but shows it, the badge on neck is usually worn when there is a raid. Also cops always carry a gun and will show it to intimidate you at some point, that this did not happen adds to this being a fake. The advice he gave you is what any hobbyist knows. The suggestion to avoid those two Internet sites is valid as they are usually the ones the cops hit first. His comments of “robbery” were probably meant to scare you and set himself up as being more knowledgeable. Maybe some providers in Md. can give us some feedback.
5.What to do now-- You can report this to the real cops who might just love to take down this guy, but doing so would also put you are risk of prosecution. In a case like this, and it is not novel, the cops usually would not bother you. However, you do go on record as an escort and they all will know who you are in the future. You are also at risk from this guy who is obviously a predator. Whether he is a real cop or a fake. You should avoid seeing him or responding to him, and if he does appear and he will, try to get proof of his true identity and ask him to show you his real police i.d., get a photo of him as he comes or goes, get a car license plate. You should however have someone else with you so you are not alone who can take the photo in the parking lot while faking a cell call. If you cannot shake this guy go to the local DA and discuss this, they will usually shield you, investigate him when he shows up at your home and that is the only solution you have unless you want to give this guy freebees for the next thirty years.
6.You might check with providers in your area to see if they know this guy. No doubt he has pulled this with others. As to whether a real cop will do Greek and then arrest you, rarely will this happen. The law permits the vice cop to go as far as necessary to gather evidence and if he goes till cum, the court will often throw the case out. The “cop” had you from the moment you started sucking his cock, provided you had agreed at some point to provide this service for money. He had no need to go to Greece literally to push his point home.
7. You seem like a naïve and very adventurous lady, willing to please and go the extra mile. I am thinking of moving to Maryland and recruiting you into the CIA because we in the department really need some new Mata Hari’s (a famous female spy). I had a guy come to see me on DAY 4 of my new career!!!!! I was only in my first week of providing and screened with the "touch me inappropriately" method (I didn't know any better). I had no lady friends in the business so I was just winging it.

A similar situation happen in the Salt Lake area to MP's. A guy would go
in and get a massage and then get extras and when it was over
He would tell the girls he wasn't going to arrest them and scare them
and not pay for the extras. He did it to quite a few and they turned
him in and he got arrested. He was charged with impersonating an officer.
Sounds like he's trying to get away with taking advantage of providers.
Even if he is a cop he's breaking the law more than you and has more
to lose than you do. But you need to get the jump on him by reporting him first.
A real bust would never go down that way.
You should break off all contact of course with the person, and further, you should send all his info to all the black list sites so that other gals are not victemized like you, and apparently Stephanie, were.

a vice cop would not have had the option of recieving service and then walking away. A sting, the cop would have been wired & open the door for the rest of the team (right before they slap the braclets on you.)
So either this is a rogue cop, or a fake. The badge around the neck is not common off duty. More in keeping with raids / undercover. But his actions are in line with fake. Badges & even fake IDs can be bought.
I would reverse look up the phone number & see who it belongs to. If he's looking for free-bees, it seems even more likely he's fake. Certainly not dumb enough to partake in his own jurisdiction. I wonder if taking the info to an atty might get this scum busted.

Maryland is one of the few states where a lot of cops hobby. He was fool to show you his badge like that.
However cops who hobby pay for the privilege, no freebees! One of my long time girlfriends used to have a client who was a cop who would show up in his black and white and take forever to get undressed and then dressed. How do I know? I was waiting there until he finally finished, and he paid in cash like every one else and always looked very happy when he left.

I'm with the others on this - my guess is that he's a fake trying to get free sessions. But regardless of whatever the truth is, staying away from him is the best thing to do. Avoidance will be easier if you're able to not be somewhere he knows to look.

Did you observe the shield carefully or did he just hide part of it to scam you? If a cop uses his authority to obtain sex it is rape. The same goes for someone who is impersonating a cop. The sex can be consensual and it is still rape.
There was a case in Los Angeles where a cop stopped a woman who had been drinking. Instead of arresting her, the cop let her go and arranged to meet her after he got off work. He met her at her apartment and they ended up having consensual sex. The woman had some other emotional problems and mentioned the incident to her therapist. The therapist reported the incident to the police. The cop was arrested for rape. He was convicted and sent to prison for a sentence of 15 years to life. This occurred in California and I realize the laws are not the same in every state. However, I am sure there is a similar law in Maryland. The reason the law is harsher for a public official acting under the color of authority is because of the damage such an act does to the confidence the public has in the police.

The perpetrator does not actually have to be a public official.

My Fav ladies do not require the donation up front. They would rather risk a runner (client who takes off with out making the donation) than run the increased of collecting the donation soon upon entrance. In one case there was a fee for massge (w/HE)... Tips were expected for Extras, this was understood & not an upsell. I have to add my 2cents because this is disturbing.
#1 - Your website should say that you require your donation in an envelope marked "tickets", "toys", "loan payment", "school clothes", something along those lines. It also should say it should be placed on a table, on the bed, somewhere upon entering the room. Once that is done you pick it up, excuse yourself to the bathroom for a moment and check to see if the donation is actually in the envelope. It doesn't matter if I've seen someone 10 times, those are my rules and either do it or don't see me.
#2 - You insist you require your gentlemen to get more comfortable. Each piece of clothing they take off you will reciprocate with the same. If a client refuses to do so then that is the end of session and you ask them to leave. Basically get up, open the door, and tell them they have to go.
#3 - Never, never, have unprotected sex of any kind! BBBJ is unprotected and if you have children you could spread something to them. Yes, you kiss your children, right ? Think.
#4 - Cops hobby and I have seen many. They will show you their badge only to let you know that they are a cop and that you can count on them if you ever have trouble. No questions asked. They won't try to scare you either.

Any man or woman that abuses their position in Local,County,City,State,Federal gov't just for kick's that relate to their teenage years. As a way to humiliate,mentally torture or shame publicly to prevent prosecution of their self or co worker. Then your dam right I have no kind words for them. There have been up standing officer's with families who lost their lives to shootings,auto collisions or untimely passing. The shades are drawn, the door is locked. If either one is LE the other one is in trouble. I even doubt if terminating the activities & showing the other out would help. The "secret" is to not letting LE into the room in the first place. HOw to keep that from happening is as much art as science... and about a 6th sense. Newbies (in either role) may take some time to devolupe that sense. In reading through the Bust Reports... in all cases the Cop explained away "being nervious", etc.
