I am not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure "You break it, you buy it" applies here.

It is my analysis that the child is not to blame for the actions of the parents and both bio-parents are resonsible for the support of the child born of them and their union, so, therefore if you are the bio-father you're responsible for the support of the child.

I don't know immoral, and wouldn't recognize reprehensible, but the principle that applies here is, "you pays your money, and you takes your chances".

You can solve the problem by doing her greek.  If she likes you all that much, it shouldn't be a big deal, eh?

The law requires child support for the sake of the child.  This is why it's called "child support" and not "fatherhood penalty".  If you father a child, you get to support him.  If you don't want to take this risk, try a bit of self control or get a vascetomy.

The rule you want to see would punish children because of their mother's actions before the children are even born, which is offensive to any notion of justice I can imagine.

There is something reprehensible and immoral here, but it isn't the idea of bareback.

You are willing to risk your health and safety as well as that of any provider you may be with and you're only concern is getting out of paying child support to an innocent child you may have fathered with your irresponsibility????? It still never ceases to amaze me the lack of care and concern people have for others in this world.
