As a newbie I would like to ask, is there a way or ways to identify if an add or person is LE or avoid LE?

You can do a search by topic on any board. The search will give you numerous threads on this topic.

and that is done by sticking to well reviewed providers.

If you meet up with LE in person, the battle is lost already.

I also would stick to outcall appointments and not incalls...

Incall is fine if the lady is very well reviewed usually.

For those that cannot do outcall to their home for the obvious reasons, renting an inexpensive but acceptable hotel (I eschew 'motels') room works just fine.  LE is not likely to do outcall with a female officer posing as a provider as it is difficult to ensure her safety.  

Check your area for hotels that have low rates on 'off days.'  Mid-week some places in Vegas are very cheap.  Some airport hotels go empty on the weekends when the Road Warriors are back home.

I think the first thing we need to accept is that LE isn't stupid. I know we like to paint them as such, but they're not.

They know what 200 kisses mean

They know what GFE means

"Accidentally" dropping $200 on a nightstand doesn't fool them (or a jury)

And they know how not to look like LE

It's like fighting off the car thieves. Car alarms and Lo Jak and whatever only makes you less enticing, but if they want your car, they will get it.

Same with LE. Well-reviewed providers are the best "car alarms." Make yourself a difficult target. But if they want you, they'll get you. You are breaking the law, after all. They don't have to make it up, they just have to catch you.
