I have a huge foot fetish and pay a girl money to lick her feet, then relieve my self on them, is this considered prostitution? She has all her clothes on, there is no contact with any part of her body except her feet.
So what's the verdict for the OP? He wants to kiss/lick feet, which I guess could be considered "sexual,", but as to the Golden Shower aspect:
1. Urine is not a "sexual fluid" and 2. Peeing on somebody doesn't involve touching each other.
Hmm. I could consider this a lewd act, and I'm sure it would be considered prostitution if money changes hands, but I don't know if I consider this prostitution.
I guess it really matters how LE and the judge reads it in the local jurisdiction, huh?
Even if it not considered prostitution, who wants to get up in court and defend themselves on a charge of shooting a load on a female friends foot. Talk about embarassing.......
"relieve" could mean several things in Stevo's post. Your assumption is that it meant urinating. If Stevo meant one other specific relief, which would result in the release of fluid from the same general area that urine comes from, then there is a slight problem, or maybe not. If it is the second, and it is yellow, then Stevo had better see a doctor quick, but then again, maybe that means that he has some incredibly high sperm count. But you are right about prostitution, whether it is such depends upon the decisions of the legal minds in the jurisdiction in which the "release" took place.
Here in AZ, they will arrest you on anything.....Talking about money and ANYTHING sexual in the same sentence and you are arrested. They are not messing around here and it is pretty damn scary. A friend of mine was in a similar situation and though nothing happened and no money for her tip was exchanged, the agency fee being accepted + them asking about "full service", even though nothing was agreed to, + her telling them that she was not having sex with them still got her arrested and convicted. My advice: No matter what you feel you are doing is or is not right....if they want to get you, they will...just know your consequences and know a good lawyer and hope for the best. Stick to good honest independents and dont stray from what you would normally do. Above all, just be careful. They are out there and they dont care if you dont do anything at all..if you are there, they will get you. Sad but true....be safe! Kisses, MadisonAZ
As a client, what is the best thing to insure that a provider is not LE, and put her at ease that I am not LE? It seems customary for some providers to ask a straight question, and I say NO and ask the same question. Is this prudent or naive?
