So looking into the entrapment laws in AZ. As long as they don't coerce you into doing something you would not normally do, it's not entrapment. Sheriff Joe's posse busted the local rub and tugs a few years back. The deputies got the service and then later went back and made busts. I here this is also true in Vegas.  

That being said how effective is an LE check. I walk in a room and grab your titty. I was planning on doing that I wasn't coerced. Same as if you stroked my cock. We have this notion that LE won't allow any sexual contact, but I don't think that's the case. At least in AZ.

Entrapment mean, that the officer would have had to convince, encourage, and get you to commit a crime by them pushing you to do it, when you had no intentions of doing said act. Something like that anyways.  

So for a dealer, or a escort,  esp the latter, see how this would never fly? Because you are doing the act already, advertising for it, etc... so the LE is NOT enticing you to do a criminal act, that you would not have done already...  

As for Vegas, what you hear is a RUMOR! I would never work in Vegas! I have heard from providers chasing the $$$ there, that the LE indeed get naked and touch you, and have gotten smarter and smarter about trying to look legit.. like get fake out of state id's, etc...  

I know of 3 instances in Ca that the cop was mid act (bj) or in bed...

It's not that the "LE check" doesn't exist.  It does, and I know of one well-known NY house where it's still used.  That said, it's completely ineffective and is a false protection.  Because LE will bust you anyway.  If you're in the room with a cop, they've got you.  They will say whatever they need to in court.  Your only real defense then is to deny, deny, deny and beyond that say you want a lawyer, then STFU.

       If the officer engages in intercourse or oral sex with the defendant, the defendant can defend on this basis and, if the jury agrees the conduct is unconscionable, can acquit. But this defense is rarely tested in the courts bc the DA is unlikely to prosecute if he believes that the arresting officer had sex  
with the defendant. That looks terrible to the jury and raises the question of whether the officer has broken the law himself. So the charge most likely would get dismissed.

        Most if not all modern vice and police departments have strict guidelines as to how far the officer can go to get that arrest. Sex and oral sex are prohibited. In Seattle a few years ago the police allowed prostitutes to masturbate the undercover officer and this set off a firestorm of bad publicity as to whether this crossed the unconscionable line.

       So as far as your "LE check" is concerned, grabbing the lady’s breast or having the lady touch your genitals probably will not do it. But if she goes through with the act I think you can be fairly confident the words “you are under arrest” will not be ringing in your ears.

       But don’t confuse this kind of touching with “entrapment,” a completely different kind of defense to prostitution. Predisposition always trumps inducement, and once you wrote that first TER review you pretty much said good bye to any entrapment defense

The LE check definitely exists as many ladies still do it. My take has always been, Hey if they want to grope me, or ask me to grope them, I`m all for it, especially if it makes them feel better! Of course it doesn`t prove that she or I am not a cop, but what the hell, I got no problem grabbing her tits or letting her grab my dick!

A so called "LE check" only makes her feel better but provides no real protection.  LE is more bound by local statute, sometimes PD regulations & community standards than an over riding rule of law.  If one ends up in the same room as an UC LEO you are in deep trouble & they will do what ever it takes to make the arrest.  The idea is to NEVER end up in that room.
