I am spending the summer in nashville tn and have heard they are extremly strict and arrest multiple girls a week  there is also "john" school simuliar to dui classes for offenders so vice is constently doing stings.and have access to a few p411 & ter accounts that were from arrested johns thats had p411 okays & whitelist refferals.I am now reconsidering seeing anyone while I am out there in fear of recieving dirty referances.I was wondering if there are any ways i can avoid getting busted by an under cover.I ha d a few ideas but not sure if they would work like if i require new clients to pay me via money pack or gift card can i still get arrested by an undercover?Or what if I only do outcall appointments to residences only? i was even thinking mabey I can  require new clients to have a coffee meet and greet with me at least 2 days before desired appointment at a public place like starbucks and have them show me there id?you think vice can still bust me like that?lol i am trying to think of creative ways to avoid seeing one of the undercovers that has a turned account!any other ideas would be tottally appricated

it will not save you a problem as soon as it is a question of money in exchange for sex. You may buy some creative argument that seems logical and air tight but the judge will tell you he heard it all before and it does not fly. Maybe you could convince the client to marry you and then sex for pay becomes legal? For a lot of married guys the only way they get to see pussy is if they give the wife a big gift or if the wife has a pet cat.

your idea of having someone meet you a couple days ahead of time at a coffee place might be effective, if the cops involved don't have the patience to spend the time to bust you and think they can move on to someone more quickly and make a bust, but i guess that depends on the amount of activity in nashville. the stuff with gift cards and a money pack (not sure what that is) won't do anything for you. if you accepted something in exchange for sex, that is that.

Exchange of sex for anything of value (other than marriage or dinner) is prostitution.

Cops are setting up stings at foreclosed homes. Owner didn't pay his taxes. City foreclosed on the home. While it is a City/county property, LE uses it.

From what I understand, as soon as you open the hotel room door, they can bust you. So, I don't know how much it benefits you to meet them first. Your ad is enough to charge your with solicitation. FYI: "their id". Maybe have them fax/email/webcam you their ID.

If LE assumes another person's identity, there is not much you can do. The hardest thing for them to do is to fake the work verification. But, even that is easy if they want to (set up a dummy line).

Is the outskirts of Nashville any better? Which LE department is being tough (County, city (which city), etc.) Maybe if you stay outside of their jurisdiction, you may play safer. In my area, the burb's are tougher than the City. Advertise you will be in ABC City, and you paint a target on yourself.
