Here are the facts:  Saw a pic of a provider I'm interested in on eros.  Pictures fully show her face and body - clearly.  The ad has been there for about a year now with the same phone number.  She does both incall and outcall but used to only do outcall.  Her rate isn't posted but I've called her and she's fairly expensive ($1K).  No reviews to be found anywhere.

Based on these facts would you think she is LE or not?  How can I be sure?

Chances are that if the same ad and number have been up for a year, she is legit. If she were working for LE someone would have caught on and notified others.  That's why cops prefer CL and the like, it's so anonymous- once one ad is used for a bust and word gets out, they simply use another name, number, etc. The consistency you describe is, IMHO, a good sign, as most legit providers try to keep their phone/email/site consistent so as not to create confusion and so as not to lose the good reputation and clients they've built up. Some ladies are UTR and prefer clients don't write reviews, however your safest bet is to go with well-reviewed ladies. That said, and I can't guarantee it, but it doesn't sound like LE.
