I'm not sure if this has been posted here before, but here it is anyway.  This is link to a downloadable and printable "Bust Card" produced by the ACLU.  Its in PDF format and requires Adobe Reader and prints a small wallet card with tips on what to do if stopped or approached by LE.  It looks like great advice and mirrors a lot of the posts on here.  You might want to consider carrying one of these at all times.

Here's an easier set of instructions that you can write on the palm of your hands or other convenient location:
