Has This Ever Happened To Anyone in Vegas...Any Advise?

I mean, let's face it; there's hardly a case here.

If vice wants to find real hookers to bust in a LV casino, you'd think that it would be like shooting fish in a barrel.

The only useful advice is for her to obtain a lawyer who should be able to get her off this no problem, and maybe even turn around and file a false arrest suit.

She might want to think about subpeonaing the video from the hotel to help make her case.

So check this out, a friend of mines wife who is not a provider, but is attractive and out-going, had just finished playing slots at a major hotel on the strip and was waiting for her husband to meet her when she was approached by some young guy asking her what she was doing and other small talk, he started being nice, so she said she was looking for a slot machine that pays.  He asked her, her name asked where she was from and if she was married, she was like whats with all the questions.  Then he became very lewd asking if he could fucker in the ass, which she said no to, then he says lets walk over here, she was just walking with him headed back towards the bar where she was to meet her husband when around the corner and another guy comes up and was his friend, the guy she was talking to told him that they were going to his room, she said no, then the friend says, can I come, and gets all lewd with her, again she says no, then she thinks, do they think I am a provider, so she asked are you a cop, he states no I'm not, but when she tries to walk around him he flashes his badge and said come with us.  She was freaking out they charged her with 2 counts of solicitation. Are there no entrapment laws in Nevada?  Is it always your word against the cops even when the cops are wrong? What should she do.  She has never been arrested for anything in her life and is over 50 years old and married??  If anybody have has any useful info could you please pass it along.

It sounds like the lady was flattered by the attention and refused anal but left the other door opened and two cops walked right in. Yes, this sort of shit happens in many places. Do not leave you gal alone in the casino to be attacked by trolls. She better get a good lawyer or her ass is going to be sore if only from sitting in the court house. Rather than question your description of a questionable arrest I will pass on it.

On the other hand, some gals get a kick out of being propositioned and will even end up having sex with a stranger as a result. Who knows what really happened other than it looks like a real bad business between a flattered fifty year old whose casino cup did runith over.

The normal response of a non-hooker to the question, “Can I fuck you in the ass?” is a scream and a threat to call the police. Being too laid back, understandably with a few drinks in you, can be an invitation to disaster. Bet she will respond differently next time. At least I hope so.

 What room is she in?

Seriously, when a cop asks for anal  and the gal answers. "I don't do that" the inference is that she does other things instead. Escorts are schooled to not respond in that manner by others who were arrested under those same circumstances I would suggest that is probably what happened to the gal in question. I don't think an answer like,"how big is you dick?" is a good answer either.

I live in Vegas and many attractive women I've known who have come here on vacation talk about how they get hit on within minutes of being left by themselves, guys assume any hot babe alone in a casino is a hooker.

My only question is why this woman did not react strongly to the 'lewd talk' by either of these guys?  The old slap across the face followed by a SHOUT of 'I AM NOT A WHORE...... SECURITY!!!!... SECURITY" might have solved her problem.

Having said all that, I don't believe a goddam word of that story.

That if you are being threatened by someone, you take legal steps to correct that, but in any case, do not comment on issues from now on where your objectivity has been put in question owing to this unfortunate situation.

Ok, I've heard this story from a number of people now, so I believe it.  I'm not saying it's true but it's easy to believe.  Anyway, the story is this: A certain person who owns a well-known cathouse in Nevada is expanding his business.  He's putting up another location just outside of Clark county (Clark is where Las Vegas is).  Prostitution is not legal in Clark county.

From what I've heard, he's put the heat on LE in Vegas to go after all the streetwalkers and escorts who are illegally providing in Clark county (particularly Vegas) with the hopes of driving up business for his new location.

Like I said, I don't know if this is all true... but it's what I've heard from others.  From what I know of this person, it wouldn't surprise me at all.  It also wouldn't surprise me to learn that he had police on his payroll... and the story that started this thread is consistent with what I've heard.

The name of this person has been left out of this message because I do not want to be on his bad side; I believe naming him would put me in jeopardy... And he's already threatened me in email so I'm not taking chances.,

What did her husband do?  Just sit back while his wife was railroaded on false pretenses?  Not buying this one...there is more to this than meets the eye if there is any truth to this.  Vegas lives on tourist $'s, and LE has more than enough to do there than fuck over the folks that visit, especially now.  If she were as truly innocent as you let on, she has a major lawsuit coming, and would be able to castigate LE in the media and politically as well.  LE is not that stupid...not buying this one.

...if you don't live in this town because LE is in the news daily around here for all the unsavory acts they commit, like Metro Officers recently using the Craigslist not long ago for their own carnial pleasures, which the cop was busted for, trading sex for traffic violations or shooting a man 5 times in the back unprovoked for carrying a weapon WITH a permit.  Btw, the womans husband hadn't gotten off work yet to meet her at the hotel bar, the two officers in question won't let her around them to leave when being profane, and slapping one of them accross the face would have lead to assualt and battery charges you doucherag.  Now go play with yourself!

The threats had nothing to do with the comment, or the answer to the question except in so far as I wouldn't name him because he knows who I am.  Hiding under an alias wouldn't work for a number of reasons.

And you may think a lot of the police and the courts... but in 99.9% of cases, they do and can do NOTHING with email threats...

Finally, my objectivity is NOT affected.  I am stating what has been told to me about what is truly going on in Las Vegas.

A married woman waiting for her husband would have imeadately, slapped the man suggesting  anything sexual or gone imedately to hotel management and complained or at the least walked away from the man. She would not have walked with him.

Last I looked you are on camera everywhere in a casino. The film will explain a lot and maybe it takes time for this to get thru the legal system.

I have been propositioned - nicely and not so nicely several times when hanging out on the slots while the gentleman I  was with was playing high stakes poker or blackjack.  I was polite and firm telling the guys to go away stating I'm with someone, I'm not interested, go away.   In the 3 instances when it happened I was quite dressed up and perhaps looking a little slutty.  Yes guys are always on the prowl in Vegas.  It is easy to get laid with a drunken civvy I would imagine.  However what I don't believe about the story is that casinos use their amazing camera equipment to find and target the streetwalkers who work the casinos.  They know who they are.  That said,  when in Vegas don't start even joking about what crazy things you might do for $ if a stranger approaches you.

means you are willing to perform other kinds of sex acts and i say, lets hear from the judge on this.

just because the cops say you're guilty of something, doesnt mean that you are.

there has to be an AGREEMENT for a prostitution arrest.
saying no, isn't agreeing to anything.

nuh uh

A simple no thank you I'm waiting for my husband should have worked just fine. A scream would have attracted a lot of attention. A scream and this man is insulting me shout would have worked. Call the bar tender and say she is being insulted.

This may have happend, I don't know, but as explained, I have doubts.

If it is true the girls of Vegas should try and trap the police with a wire or recorder and sue their fucking ass off.

You're right, I don't live in Vegas, only travel there sometimes.  Never had a problem there, but I know the right people to hang with, and you aren't one of them.  Mentioning CL lowered your credibility into the gutter.  You can call me all the names you want...I will just laugh at your childishness and stupidity.

Have a great day

But what the LE consider an "agreement" in Vegas can be widely misconceived.. and they will bite at the smallest hint of what they might consider "prostitution". Here in Madison, WI, escorting is legal, as well as offering 2 girl shows(as long as the guy doesn't participate.. legally speaking) But you can perform with your friend all day long, while a guy watches, completely legally.. not in Vegas I guess... I found out the hard way. Complete and total BS.. but it's their word against yours in the end.
