Does anyone know what happened to -or is happening with- a case the woman involved called Roe v Wade 2? Her argument, as I recall was that the same "right to privacy" used in Roe v Wade to make abortion legal extended to all aspects of a persons body, so if she wanted to sell, rent or do any thing else with it was her right, and any laws that said she couldn't were therefore unconstitutional. I never read how far she took this in the courts, but I doubt it went far due to political reasons. I'll be happy to read any opinions about this theory, but I really am interested in finding out how far the case went. Thanks.
