Recently I met someone from an online site who invited me to her city. We were to meet at a 'social club' filled up with and designed for members of A.F.F. (adult friend finders),and of course 'swingers' types. Curiousity being the beast it is, she showed me all around this club. A room set aside for 'couples only' was fairly active with sexual participants. We watched a few couples having sex with no one blinking an eye. I later noticed a couple of the women would leave after getting f--ked and come back with someone different within 15 minutes. Then it dawned on me these girls may be hooking, anyone else have a clue into this scene and if so, whats to stop a raid of these establishments?? This one club is set up where you buy a 25 dollar membership and then pay a 50 dollar cover charge.You are given a membership card as well. No alcohol is served, but they provide a s,mall buffet and soft drinks. you can bring your own bottles (BYOB) of preferred adult beverage. The question remains however, are some of the female club members prostituting and if so, the club must be set up to cover the clubs ass of all legal responsiblity. Anyone , comments please??
It's only sex for money if the other person GETS the money, or at least generates it for someone else to get. If the club charges membership and entry fees but doesn't give pay anyone to have sex and doesn't promise to arrange sex for those who pay, then the club isn't breaking the law.
Were the women you saw hooking? Maybe. I've heard that many (maybe most) of the women on AdultFriendFinder are proivders, but providing out in the open like that is just asking for trouble.
The activity you describe is consistent with hooking, but it's also consistent with swinging. The women may have come to the party looking for multiple sex partners with no expectation of being paid.
Even if the women were hooking, that alone is not enough to get the club into legal trouble. A lot of providers work in hotels and pay for their rooms, but that doesn't make the hotel a criminal enterprise. As long as the business isn't involved in the ladies' business it's OK.
A few weeks back someone posted a message on this board insisting that Yahoo, AFF and other websites with "personal" ads from providers must be violating the ban on prostitution. I pointed out that if the site just runs the ads and doesn't share its income with the providers it is in the clear. The same is true of the club you describe.
The swinging world and the provider world are separate for the most part. Those of us that crossover are generally discrete about providing in the swinging world as there are many swingers that are not appreciative of the hobby. To attend a swinger party with the intent of turning a profit would be akin to trying to turn a Thanksgiving dinner into a MaryKay party - inapropriate and distatsteful - and probably very unlucky.
To the original poster, yes, there are swinger parties where the ladies basically go down the line of gents, glory hole and so forth. But it's because they want to - I would very much doubt that they would be getting paid for such activities. -And I don't know of any provider that would put herself in such a precarious position of playing with gents in the open for money - it would go against all rules of discretion.
Also, I've found it a mistake to reveal to hobbyists that I swing. Often expect services pro-bono and think that because I swing I'm available to discuss my erotic swinging excursions with them.
After carefully watching these same ladies do their routine I have come to the conclusion they are using the club as a front for hooking. We went again this past weekend and witnessed the same patterns. The only difference this time, was definite money being involved between the ladies and gents involved. But one has to watch very close to the negotiating to figure it out. The more I think of it, it makes for a perfect setup. The casual provider knows she can round up plenty of business and under the guise of swinging. Brilliant actually!!
