Unfortunately, TER's never done shit for me but give me grief.  
I've found them to be, with me at least, extremely unresponsive and biased to anything i've ever requested from them.  
I would expect that my profile IS linked to my handle. Just another one of those things TER has failed to do, i suppose.

I can dislike who I want, where i want, when I want. You questioning why someone like me remains on TER, confirm that you have absolutely no clue about anything regarding how this whole thing works.. The fact that im a HIGHLY rated provider keeps me here. SURPRISE!!!
