Great time to buy, 5 years ago housing market was appx. $220/sq.ft.  Now it's around $80/sq.ft.

I'll miss you next week, but I'll make sure I'm available for your AVN house party ;).

Well i am actually going to only be there for 5 days to buy a house and will be taking a few appointments only since I am looking at houses all week. I move sept 1st and cant wait to be there full time. No more hotel for AVN awards just a party at my house afterwarrds. XOXO
