most top casinos can put a nice snack / fruit / cheese plate together for you ... call the concierge ... if not the concierge can certainly recommend someone.
room service at certain strip properties do. The best charcuterie board was the one at the Foundation room and the one at Eatly (this is located in parkMGM) Have fun
