How is it that certin providers have there reviews at the top of the list ( new reviewes section ) almost every day , even if they are days old ????????????

when they are on the "chat" they go to the top of the list.

When your "live" on TER messenger, it goes to the top. But once your "latest" review falls past 14 days old, it does not anymore.

buy doing a search and changing the default "Online Status" to "Date", then down to the city and no name and then search.
