Anyone who believes that his personal information is not kept by escorts and/or agencies is living in a dream world.  The information is everywhere - phones, computers, texts, websites, you name it.  Don't believe anyone who tells you otherwise.  Even an agency can't control its escorts who also have the information.

If you want to play in this game then you better understand this and deal with it.

Are you saying that if a client is given a passcode you then destroy all information used to verify them and you no longer have any way of identifying them?

if there hasn't been an LE activity with respect to those "Right To Your Door" operations in Vegas, I just don't think busting the "sex trade" is a high priority issue in Vegas.  I've been to Detroit.....it's NOT Vegas!! lol  While it's generally acknowledged that, in general,  agencies = bad choice in Vegas, there are exceptions.  LV100Proof has worked hard to garner some cred.  Recently, we've seen another "agency" that may eventually gain some respect.  I've also experienced independents whom have been busted and turned over their "lists".

3 days ago, a reviewer CLAIMED that an INDEPENDENT provider threatened to expose his personal information if he didn't retract his NCNS review of her.  So, it's not just agencies!

what happens if a client does something very wrong on the second or third visit?

There was a guy here in Vegas that would see ladies 3 -5 times be a good client until the ladies let their guard down, then drug and rape them...a passcode ain't much help in that type of situation.  

Take a look at your cell or other phone bill sometime.

The phone company keeps records of all calls, texts, etc.  It's not too difficult to match those up.  So unless the client uses a disposable phone there's a very simple connection between him and your business.
