I noticed when checking some reviews that most of the direct  links to ladies websites have changed. most have been replaced by VegasExotic... Why?

I've noticed this also.  I can name at least 10 girls here in Las Vegas that use to have the links on their profile page to their individual web sites, but now the links are to their ads on either Vegas Exotics or CityVibe.  Although I do not have any inside information, the reason is obvious.  The answer is at the top of the page.  Both Vegas Exotics and CityVibe are advertisers here on TER.  There must be an agreement between them and TER where TER said "if you advertise on our site, we'll help drive traffic to your site by changing the links to ads on your site."

Basiclly right. There is an old post on the Suggestions/Policy Board concerning this topic and Staff's response.
