I just enjoyed a delicious dinner at Nobu (Hard Rock and Caesars Palace each have a restaurant) Sensi at Bellagio & Blue Ribbon at Cosmo are my other favorite spots.
There's tons of great places to go for Sushi in Vegas! My favorite place is Sushi Roku, located in the Forum Shop of Caesar's Palace. Delicious food, great atmosphere, service, and view of the strip! There are also many other nice restaurants located in China town. Hope you guys have fun!
I like Kabuki japanese restaurant located on S. Las Vegas Blvd.in the Town Center Plaza they have another location in Tivoli Village close to the Suncoast hotel. Blue Ribbon in Cosmopolitan hotel Bar Masa at Aria (kanapi roll is amazing but a little pricey) Ohjah local place on Flamingo/Hualapai they have other locations as well around the city Sushi Samba palazzo hotel I love this restaurant it is very special to me however( Fyi...about this place it is expensive! If you let the servers suggest different options your bill is going to be sky high!If you get a menu and pick your own stuff is better in my opinion) Can't wait to read the other responses I love sushi and am always on the look out for a new place to try RM Seafood at Mandalay bay awesome sushi
you truly do love good sushi........and not just the local yuk places. Tokyo Boys (Warm Springs Road and Stephanie) is the absolute best in the states. Not only is the quality of the sushi superior, but they have a master chef who is as skillful as anyone in the business.
I know......lived in Japan........and have eaten sushi in almost every U.S. state. It will cost less than Nobu.....but more than the yuk places you find locally. Quite often, we get what we pay for.......and this is a prime example.
I 2nd JJanga's!! Or I Love Sushi on Eastern and Sunridge Heights in Henderson. I know it's far but they have amazing Sushi and Sashimi and it's a very authentic Japanese Sushi place. The girls serve in Kimonos!
If you want to go somewhere on the strip, I suggest:
1. Nobu at Hard Rock has one michelin star and, most of the chefs have been there since they opened; Nobu at Caesar's may be the world's largest Nobu, but it is lacking love in the kitchen. Since they've opened, they've been through 3 or 4 exec chefs, and it shows. I wanted to like that one, but I don't, and do not recommend it. 2. Koi at Planet Hollywood. If you don't mind a 25-30 drive or cab/uber ride go to: Sushi Fever on W. Sahara. They've been open for 15+ years, and it's my ATF anywhere. http://www.sushifevervegas.com/ Have a Great time.
