I have been thinking about it for some time, and am finally ready to set up a meeting with one of your local providers for my FIRST hobby experience.  So of course, I will not be able to provide any references.  However, I don't have any problems providing employment info.  I looked at preferred411 and was curious if providing work info to them is sufficient to set up a meeting with one of the providers listed on their site, or if provider references are absolutely necessary?   Thanks everyone, I appreciate your direction.

P411 is great, but many providers still require okays b/4 seeing new clients even with P411.  Good Luck

For some ladies employment is good enough as long as you provide them with all info

date-check will verify you without references and many will take them as well.  But many won't without seeing provider has personally vouched for you on that site.

Well like everyone is pretty much saying you can't go wrong with joining preferred411, so I would do that at least.

Now as far as not being able to provide a reference even though you are verified with preferred411 well I think each lady will handle that differently.  There are other ways to screen so if I was you, I would just contact the lady or ladies you want to see and then just ask them about it personally.

Hope that helps!

Yes lots of providers actually prefer P411. It's just a whole lot easier way of screening babe!! :)  Date-Check is a good one also but I seem to never get a verification email from them....??? Hmmmm....  IDK....

Happy Hobbying!!!  :) :) :)

Kisses~

I let Date_Check drop off because of things like that too.

I love P411 I've had some great guys contact me through there and as long as they are on P411, I will see them, they don't have to have a review posted or a provider reference with me as long as they have P411

If you are comfortable giving up key personal information about yourself, then go for it.

Personally, I value discretion and privacy more than anything else.  I would never use P411 or any other service in the hobby where I will have to give up my personal info.  See link below for an example of what could happen.

My 2 cents.

There's a BIG difference between an agency and a verification service!  IMHO, P411 rocks!!

Yet, if you are paranoid about giving up your personal information that is understood. You are likely not alone. It is all about choices.

Now, to compare the idiots at Desert Divas and the other two agencies they collectively owned with a service like P411 is a disservice. You are quite out numbered with your opinion on this thread.

I'm a life-time member of both P-411 and Date-Check and they have come in handy on the road when I traveled a lot.

Being outnumbered on my opinion doesn't mean anything to me.  You all mentioned Safety....the only way to be 100% safe is to keep your personal information private.

I know you all trust P411 and my  intention was not to bash the service.  My point was that once you release your private information it can come back to haunt you....just because it resides in Canada doesn't mean anything either.

I guess it all depends on safety from what. From an LE standpoint the issue is a non-starter. I'm not a lawyer, but I do have a law degree and can tell you with a high level of certainty that you're not opening yourself up to any criminal liability by giving some personal information to a verification service, there's simply nothing illegal about it. Nor could any criminal intent be imputed or inferred from your doing so. At least not in any jurisdiction I'm familiar with.

If on the other hand, your concern is from a personal standpoint, about it coming back to haunt you on a personal or professional level, then I guess it just depends on your situation. For me it was a no brainer because a) I'm single and have no wife/girlfriend/kids to keep it from and my friends just wouldn't care, and b) I work in Hollywood which is a permissive environment to say the least. Here's a conversation I recently had with my boss:

BOSS: You have a girlfriend?
ME: Nah, too busy working all the time. I think I need to take a page from Eliot Spitzer's book.
BOSS: I highly recommend it. I do that myself from time to time, it's a lot of fun.

So as I said, a no brainer for me. If on other hand you work at Area 51, I could understand your reticence about giving out your work information...
