WSOP Question

Coming to Las Vegas at the end of June to play in some WSOP events. First time to be in Vegas during the WSOP although I do visit a couple of times during the year.  My question is, how does the WSOP affect business? Harder or easier to find someone and schedule? Do a lot of girls visit during that time?  Have one appointment with and UTR ATF but am looking for a spinner type or Asian.

From what I can tell from last year's experience summer time is somewhat slower for many providers in Vegas (this stems from more people here with families while the kids are out of school, less conventions in town, people staying away due to the heat, etc). Given the slowdown it seemed like many girls were "touring" other cities or even taking personal vacations while business wasn't booming.

I think the WSOP does draw in a BIG crowd of people and many of them will be hobbying, but a lot of those in town for the WSOP have "won" their seat and entry via online poker sites and don't have the finances for seeing a provider.

I would book in advance when possible and try to schedule your date for before the event you are playing in is scheduled to begin. I say this because many girls like myself limit the number of clients they see per week and with an influx of business you don't want to miss out on seeing one of your favorite providers. Also trying to schedule a date around a WSOP schedule can be hard, you never know when you'll be knocked out (here's hoping you make it to the end) but you don't want to leave a girl waiting by the phone till you finish a round that's running 45 min late!!

Best of Luck!

I’m heading down to the WSOP in 2 weeks for some tournaments also.  But I have booked my provider ahead of time and on day’s when I’m not playing.  That way I don’t have to worry about seeing someone when I’m playing just in case I go deep (in the tournament that is) I won’t have to cancel or make her wait.  Than when I’m not playing I know I have someone lined up and ready for me.  Good luck at the WSOP.
