I have never done anything like this before so be gentle with me everyone.

Last year I was in Las Vegas the same time for March Madness, had a blast so I am returning and trying to get up enough courage again to try this. I am happily married with a family and would need this to be very discreet. Last year I had been very selective and had found a wonderful lady to have a "date" with on the last evening I was in town. We had talked a couple times, she knew what I was comfortable with and what I was looking for and everything was set...About 1 hour before our "date" I was messaged that she had to cancel as one of her regulars was in town and she would need to meet with him, and she would reschedule for the next day. Problem was I was flying out next morning so, that never happened.

Again I am going to try this again. I have done some reading on this board and like the fact everyone seems so helpful. . I am on a budget and hope this is the right term, but am looking for someone who understands me being new to this and can respect and deal with that. My budget is $$-$$.5. Because I will be out there with friends except for Tuesday night the 18th, and Sunday night the 23rd, those would be the ideal times. If anyone has any ideas or knows a provider that wont change plans at the last minute and is willing to work with a "newbie" please let me know.

That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.  You had multiple contacts with a provider via phone (apparently) and probably an email or two, and then she cancels out on you an hour before kickoff because "one of her regulars was in town"?

He must be "quite" a regular.  I have several "regular" friends in town also.  If I got in touch with one of those friends looking for a same-day date, there's no way I'd expect her to dump any other plans (even if those plans were civvie plans) just to be with me.  In general, this is supposed to be a "first come, first served" business.  "Regulars" might expect a little extra care and consideration, but no way should that go so far as to be an expectation that she dump a new client entirely.

Bad business practice there.  Find yourself a good, well-reviewed provider.  Try some back-channeling to make sure that the lady of your choice is not prone to flaking out.  And then have some fun, Indiana!  Seems like you deserve some.

Sorry to hear what happened in the past. But if you're looking for someone in the 200-250 range then that may not guarantee somebody who's reputable will show up. Or she may show up, do a “hit it and quit it” on you. You may have to up your ante a tad if you really want to have a good time..
And if that's what you arranged with your last date that bailed, than I can see that happening... a bigger fish entered the pond.....it happens. Yes it ain't cool but she probably did you a favor.

Both Ashley Marie and Kat Kovell (who moved back east, but may be in Vegas now.. ?) are in that price range and have great reviews.

There is fun for everyone in every budget.

I must say, I am shocked that is the reason that she gave you.. I mean, I try to be as honest as possible within this charade (what an oxymoron!), but... That excuse would just make someone feel like crap. So, why use it? If I was a guy I would take that as, "haha. You wasted your time. You're not getting any, but I'm still going to buy a new pair of shoes."

I'm in Vegas often and I see well reviewed girls all the time in the 200-250 range, you just have to do a little research to find them.   As mentioned above Ashley Marie and Katrina Kovell are in that range as is Marie Dupree although she is a little hard to get a hold sometimes.  That's just a sampling.  There are more.
