I always try my best to be VERY nice . Yes I am suppose to be nice and respectful ........as long as you are treating me the same.
Now with that said - It can happen at times because I am under a certain stress , maybe I was short with someone and they just thought I was being rude.
but I would NEVER name call someone
So what do I mean stress - like driving ( as you are not suppose to really talk on the phone while driving and distract your self from the road )
Or geting ready for an appointment and I don't want to be late and I am rushing and in a hurry .
BUT with that said - I never answer the phone while driving.
BUT I do make it clear to a client - If I don't answer my phone , please leave a message. Not to worry I get my messages and I will get back to you to reconfirm as soon as I am free.
I don't like answering my phone while I am getting ready for a meeting. but sometimes I must because I am waiting on a client to confirm the appointment.
but then the person calling isn't who I thought .
Maybe it is someone asking about an appointment for next month . I don't have the time to talk.
I try to explain that I am busy now getting ready and if we can talk another time .
Sometimes guys are just not getting it and still want to "just ask a few quick questions "
I dont get rude , but maybe my voice "sounded rude" ( because I am rushing ) saying - "I am really sorry but I don't have time for this now , can we talk tomorrow during the day. I just don't want to be late "
Then I hear click the person hung up. Ok cool by me .
If the person doesn't understand where I am coming from ,that's his problem.
But I am not going to name call him.
Now I am lucky I don't really have much in my life that stresses me out.
But most probably have more stress - Kids ,Husbands ,Boy Friends , Family , other issues ect ect
While what happened with that provider would have never happened with me ....... because I wouldn't be answering my phone while driving.
BUT lets for a moment - give her the benefit of the doubt.
Maybe she was driving . She kept getting all kinds of phone calls. business and personal.
She is trying to focus on her driving, now at this point a bit ( or very ) aggravated from all the phone calls ..........now while that isn't your fault , after all we are human.
So you call at the worst possible time ever , under stress she just says -
" look don't rush me I'm driving"
Maybe at that moment she even thought you were someone else because your area code is the same area code of a guy she is suppose to meet that day - and he kept calling..
Who knows - All types of things happen to people when they are under stress.
Personally I think both of you handled it wrong.
BTW was this talking over the phone ...... or text ??
If text , just another reason why I am against texting.
If text - You just should have text her that your confirming the meeting and text room info.
Even if she texts you back - " look don't rush me I'm driving"
You should have thought , Oh ok it is not a good idea to drive and text , I don't want her to feel she has to text me while driving .......
So I would have text back - I am sorry didn't know you were driving , I understand it isn't a good idea to drive and text. I just want to confirm our meeting .
You don't have to text me back right now , Just as soon as you stop or get here please call or text to confirm our meeting . Looking forward to see you soon.
I am sure if the text ( or conversation ) went something like that ........... All this would have never happened.
Now I think time to kiss and make up
Hope this helps

I had an appt last night with hot petite Carly visiting from
Cali and I asked her several times to confirm an appt.
I hit this response " look don't rush me I'm driving"
She was the one that requested me to confirm the day before
And I told her bc of that attitude I didn't want to see her.
She calls me an a**hole and I return the favor.
Is it too much to ask to reply nicely?
How would the other providers respond to this?
Thanks
