Gambling noise is low in the casino there and at the Encore.

Great pools. Nice deli. Shop for Ferraris while you are there.

Don't know about in-room PPV (who needs it, though, when you have a hot Vegas Lady in there with you?)

My obviously unsolicited advice: Set up dates in advance using all the sites around (like this one).  There are a lot of hot girls out and about in LV (with badass SigO's hanging around). So, better not try to strike anything up unless you are approached (and even then, think dude---with your brain).

Cab to the shows and other shopping. You can afford it if you are staying at the Wynn. BTW, Wynn has a guard at the elevators. Smooth: Meet your date by the poker tables down by the Ferrari Dealer and give her a key to show the grumpy guys stationed at the elevator.  Not Smooth: Put your arm around her, flash your room key, and say, "It's on like Donkey Kong, Jack!"

You get a full suite, fridge, sink, bathroom to die for, king size bed, etc.  the staff is amazing, and I meet so many fun, great people from all over the world at the bar.  Pool area and gym rock.  Very classy but not pretentious.  Location is perfect.  If you notice, it's on the highest land point on the strip.  Leave it to the Donald.

Check out the Vdara, in the middle of everything, no casino and a great Spa.

If you don't want to gamble, The Hotel and Vdara are both nice non-gaming facilities. I'd suggest either of them, Aria, Wynn, The Cosmopolitan, or Venetian...all fit your stated needs.

As for approaching gals in the lobby...don't. You're obviously aware of TER...use it! Connect with a well-reviewed gal here and get as close to a sure thing as you can in Vegas. You say you don't gamble...why gamble on getting laid (or getting robbed, going to jail, etc.)?

I don't gamble much either and would rather see shows and eat at great restaurants. I stayed at the Wynn the last time and now its my atf. The Wynn has several great restaurants, has one of the better gyms, has adult pay per view tv, a topless pool and has a clean smell. You can go to their website where you can see a video of the several high end restaurants, pool, stores and Ferrari store.

Skip the casino girls.
