I've seen scarier along Fremont east of the experience (downtown). That's if you can hack through the drug dealers, pimps, and homeless and the odd tourist looking lost and scared.
If you are staying at a hotel with a working cable television (somehow I get the feeling you may not), you can probably get two hours worth of porn for around fifteen bucks. Then "pop" away until your heart is content. This may not be necessary, as your charming inquiry should have the ladies lined up at your door.
Expect to donate at least 250 for an hour in Vegas. I am sure there may be less expensive options, but at that rate even your minumum standards might not be met.

Hey, easyboy, you may want to check out Kmart. Thay have been known to hold some "Blue Light" Specials every now & then. Although I am not local, there is one thing I have noted about Vegas-- you get what you pay for!! And beleiev me, these beautiful, quality women are not charging enough for what they are really worth to this old fart.

Did you try searching the TER database and limiting it by price? Or are you not a member, and therefore too cheap for your monthly payment. Issues like that aside, if you limit it to Vegas providers for $200 or below, you actually find about a half a dozen. Hope it helps
