Yes I understand- i had the same lady cancel twice now at the last min. She is a well know lady with great review but i will not use her again. There are many great ladies out there in Vegas s we dont have to put up with this.

Had one do that to me in Vegas a number of years ago.  Dinner date.  Just did not come, no message at all.  Set up month plus in advance with a number of contacts including 1 day prior to date.  

I absolutely agree on just contact ASAP.  It is a business for the ladies, so if they get a much better offer, absolutely understand if they cancel.  They have lives and can also have something come up that they must address.  They can use whatever reason to cancel, but doing it as soon as they know is the right thing to do.  This one sounds like she knew several days ahead of time and waited to the last minute.

Of course the best business approach if they have to cancel would be to recommend a friend if possible.  Most of these ladies have friends or at least know other providers.  Helping with a recommendation on short notice would be great.  I saw one provider on the board actually post for help with a client who was coming in because she had a sudden other business area demand that she had to take care of.  That is going the extra mile for a client and I am sure he appreciated it no matter what the result.

Not to make it sound like I don't sympathize with your tough luck, but unless you're prepared to name the woman that blew you off, you might as well walk into your closet and bitch to your shirts.  Isn't that what this site is all about?

That sucks I give as much notice as possible & prefer to do so over the phone.

I agree there's probably no excuse for not at least getting a call or text, but I've had it happen 4 times now in the last 2-3 years with two different well known ladies. In all 4 cases, I've finally gotten a call or email the next day, three of the four with the same excuse. Better late than never, I guess, but try telling that to the little head. The first I've seen twice and had a great time both times. I've now setup a third try for the second lady and we'll see how it goes. By the way, you have a PM.

Sorry to hear about your no-show experience, I know how disappointing it can be expecting to meet someone, only to be no-showed.

It would help the rest of us to know who the provider was that treated you in such a way. I would like to avoid the same experience as you did by maybe thinking twice about seeing a provider who is known to be a no-show.

Wow and no explanation or aplogy...that's terrible. Sorru that happened love,  as another member said I bet you had hopes to see her but please always have a backup.

You should try seeing how many times it happens on our end....

But, it's taboo to mention it here.  I always do the taboo thing so here it is.  While I'm sorry for your experience, try paying your bills when the roles are reversed and then what?  

Yeah, so don't see the LV lady that you had this experience with, but, I'll bet you 10-1 that as providers we deal with this ALL THE TIME AND HAVE YOU BEAT. WAY more than any of us care to mention.  Also, you are absolutely right; we can't write reviews for no-shows or for anything regarding hobbyists. Not fair.  

So, quit bitching really.  Unless you out her, it's useless.  Even if you did, I'm sure there's a better reason than you think.  I don’t know why you must assume it's because we/she have/had a better high $$$  offer. Did it ever occur to you that we are all somebody's daughter? Or, that some of us have children, families and lives outside of our profession just like you.  And, maybe just maybe, THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED ???? No, of course not.  That would be reasonable and human and God forbid.......
